You will make a difference
As a Team Lead Content Marketing, you play a crucial role in driving online growth for our clients, from strategy to execution.
You'll lead part of the content team while remaining hands-on in high-impact projects.

Reasons why this job is for you
- Have 5+ years of relevant experience in content marketing, ideally in a B2B, fast-scaling, or agency environment
- Have at least 2 years of management experience and are comfortable leading, coaching, and developing a team in collaboration with the Head of Content
- You communicate clearly and proactively in Dutch and English, whether it’s with teammates, clients, or through your work, you keep things sharp, structured, and on point
- You are currently based in The Netherlands
- You bring a growth mindset, open to feedback, focused on learning, and always looking for ways to improve and support others in doing the same.
