Dapper is looking for a Sales Manager. Someone ambitious enough to help us build the #1 B2B marketing agency worldwide.

About the function
You will make a difference
You'll work directly with the CEO and two other salespeople to convert inbound leads from our marketing into partnerships.
You also actively reach out to ideal clients in the Netherlands, Western Europe and the United States.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Follow up on high-quality inbound leads generated by Dapper's marketing. We receive numerous qualified requests every week that need to be guided toward conversion through consultative selling.
- Proactively reach out to companies that match our ICP (Ideal Customer Profile), expanding our presence across the Netherlands, promising markets in Western Europe, and potentially the United States.
- Build initial strategies and proposals for potential clients to sell collaborations.
- Collaborate with the broader sales team to continuously improve our sales approach.
