Dapper is looking for a Junior Business Developer with a pioneering spirit - someone ambitious enough to help us build the #1 B2B marketing agency worldwide.
About the function
You will make a difference
As a Junior Business Developer, you’ll play a key role in supporting and scaling our commercial efforts. To do so, we will onboard you into the world of B2B marketing, so you fully understand what you are selling.
From there, you’ll help boost our commercial engine by: preparing sales boards, setting appointments, managing outreach, joining calls, capturing notes, and supporting our sales team. As you grow, you’ll have the opportunity to take on more responsibility, eventually leading your own sales calls and driving deals from start to close.

- You have 0-2 years of relevant experience in sales or business development, ideally in a B2B context, fast scaling, or agency environment.
- You are based in the Netherlands.
- You communicate clearly and proactively in Dutch and English, whether it’s with teammates, clients, or through your work, you keep things sharp, structured, and on point.
- You are flexible and stay focused when things change, you adapt without losing momentum, and find smart ways to move forward.
