You will make a difference
As an HR Lead, you’ll play a key role in building and scaling Dapper’s people foundation, from recruitment and performance to culture and employee experience, ensuring our team can grow, perform, and do their best work.

- Have 5+ years of relevant HR experience, ideally in a fast-scaling company, agency, or international environment
- You are based in the Netherlands
- You communicate clearly and proactively in Dutch and English, whether it’s with teammates, clients, or through your work, you keep things sharp, structured, and on point.
- Bring a people-first mindset combined with strong business understanding
- Are both strategic and hands-on — you can design policies but also execute them
- Have experience with recruitment strategy, performance management, and HR operations
- Possess strong knowledge of Dutch labor law and HR best practices (Bonus points if you have experience with Portuguese Labor Law)
- Are comfortable building HR structures and processes in a growing organization
- Enjoy working with data and insights to improve people decisions and processes
- Are a strong communicator with high emotional intelligence and integrity
- Take ownership, move fast, and approach challenges with a pragmatic, solutions-oriented mindset
